Skin Perfecting 8% AHA Lotion is a lightweight, moisturizing AHA exfoliant that combines 8% glycolic acid with a customized mix of calming, anti-aging antioxidants and nourishing plant oils that soothe, smooth, and dramatically soften dry skin showing multiple signs of aging.
This exfoliant has an optimal pH range of 3.5–3.9.

All Paula’s Choice products are 100% fragrance free, clinically proven to be non-irritating, and never tested on animals.

Exfoliates built-up dead skin cells to reveal the fresher, smoother, younger-looking skin beneath. Its hydrating formula helps preserve skin's moisture balance as it brightens a dull, uneven complexion. Research-proven glycolic acid is joined with antioxidants and a complex of smoothing plant extracts to noticeably reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while leaving skin looking firmer and radiant.

Apply once or twice daily after cleansing and toning. Apply a dime-sized amount over the entire face, avoiding direct contact with eyes and lips. Do not rinse. For daytime, follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen rated SPF 30 or greater.

Sun Protection Advice When Using Any AHA Exfoliant: This product contains 8% glycolic acid, an ingredient that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and the possibility of sunburn. Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen rated SPF 30 or greater every day. When outdoors, wear protective clothing whenever possible, seek shade, and avoid prolonged sun exposure.

    Works for bumpy and uneven skin tone

    Have been using this at night almost daily for few weeks now and can see a difference - really effective in getting rid of the bumps on my chin and my skin tone has improved from looking dull. First time I used it, it was quite stingy but that settled after a bit of time, did not observe any adverse reactions the next morning and with subsequent use the stinging sensation reduced quite a bit that its barely noticeable now. Overall happy with this product and want to see the results over long term use.

    First try of AHA

    My first AHA use in a long while. My skin has not reacted badly, so that is a win. Managed to progress to daily use within a week. It absorbs well into my combination skin quite quickly.

    Baby Skin soft

    I used a lactic acid from other before trying this. It caused my skin to irritate, I moved to Paula's choice because of a recommendation of the BHA exfoliating toner. I never go back to the other brand

    This has a lightweight lotion texture, and it absorbs quickly. I can even add a layer of moisturizer for a night routine.

    The following morning, my skin is soft and clear. I can visibly see my skin texture to clear and radiant. Even my mom asked my what I was using. It took at least a week to see the visible results.

    I use this 2-3 a week and vitamin c moisturizer in the morning (definitely PC as well)

    Multifunctional Exfoliant!

    I decided to order as the next step from 7% AHA of other products. Was quite nervous because my skin always had to adapt first with acids. But to my pleasant surprise, my skin enjoyed immediately this 8% AHA Lotion without any irritation!

    The quick trusted tingling sensation is not to be mistaken as irritation ladies!

    I loved how this exfoliant also worked really great as moisturiser. Saved me added steps of exfoliant and moisturiser separately. The bottle goes a longgg way too! Definitely worth your ringgit! Wake up to a smooth cleansed skin. Enjoyyy
