I admit, I initially had my doubts about this serum. I was already using a retinoid I enjoyed, so I didn't know if this would really do much more. But I was wrong. The texture is smooth and light, and the ingredients are fantastic. Every morning when I wake up, I can't stop touching my face because my skin feels amazing. This has totally become a mainstay in my night routine.

I just started using it. The texture is light, and for my dry skin, I noticed a few mini whiteheads (in my testing area) the next day after using it. However, they were gone the following day. I’d recommend trying the smaller size first before committing to the full size. I guess some skin types can’t handle retinol, so I hope Paula’s Choice will consider creating a new product with “retinal” option instead.
